Associate, Infra N & T Admin - Business Analyst

Overview

Provide business analytical support for the voice services and contact center environment, working with business partners and the project team to gather requirements, track metrics, and support implementation activities.

What you'll do

• Collect and document business requirements and analyze business and data requirements.
• Act as a liaison with the project team for requirements and implementation efforts.
• Contribute to discoveries and kickoff activities by creating detailed business requirements, use cases, and system diagrams.
• Establish and maintain department dashboards, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.
• Maintain team tracker updates and support project activities in Azure Dev Ops with weekly sprint stories.
• Support IT Service Management processes including Incident, Change, and Operational Ticket workflows.
• Support incident, change, and operational ticket procedures and maintain accurate ITIL-based documentation.

What you'll need

• 5-7 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of operational administration and support.
• 3 years of professional business analysis experience with relationship management and support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Agile tools like ADO and Confluence.
• Foundational experience with the ITIL framework.
