Senior IT System Support Analyst

Overview

Senior IT Application Support Analyst responsible for L2/L3 enterprise application support, incident resolution, and preventive improvements, while also contributing to full-stack development and CI/CD automation.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure application availability, reliability, and performance.
• Support change, release, and deployment activities.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Application Support and Software Development.
• Strong experience with Angular (latest versions) and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with .NET Core/.NET Framework, ASP.NET, and C#.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using Git and modern source control practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Location: Bengaluru, India.
• Standard work week: Monday to Friday.
• Working hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1:30pm to 10:30pm.
