HR Senior Project Manager

Overview

Senior HR Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and closing HR initiatives. Manages projects across multiple business units, ensuring delivery against budget, scope, and schedule.

What you'll do

• Develop and progress project plans to support team goals, milestones, and critical path responsibilities.
• Drive timely project completion through proactive communication on status, tracking, quality, and budget/cost.
• Establish processes for project analyses to identify risks and define course-correction action plans.
• Forecast timelines, allocate resources based on scope and depth, and adjust assignments as priorities change.
• Maintain stakeholder communication to align project scope with business requirements and objectives.
• Lead regular strategy sessions to keep management updated on project plan activities.
• Coach more junior colleagues on project techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

What you'll need

• 7-11 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.
• Experience managing projects across global HR processes and systems including core HCM, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Effective engagement and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with global cross-functional teams to foster collaboration.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
