Senior Project Manager – Salesforce

Overview

Manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery in Hyderabad, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, schedule, quality, and client expectations.

What you'll do

• Manage Salesforce projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Lead governance, status meetings, steering committees, and client communications.
• Manage scope, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Track resources, project progress, quality, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.

What you'll need

• 8–12+ years of IT project management experience.
• Significant experience managing Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce implementations and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and distributed teams.
• Experience in client management, stakeholder management, risk management, and project governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Salesforce, or Agile/Scrum certification.
