Project Engineer

Overview

Project Engineer responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery from planning through execution to close-out, aligning scope, timelines, budgets, stakeholder expectations, and statutory requirements.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project planning including scope definition, budget development, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to integrate requirements, design inputs, and execution strategies.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and drive timely issue resolution and deliverable approvals.
• Evaluate project execution plans, schedules, cost estimates, and construction methodologies for feasibility and compliance.
• Monitor and manage progress against timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks while managing risks.
• Manage procurement coordination, contractor onboarding, and contract administration and conduct site visits.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in project management for large-scale, mixed-use hospitality & commercial projects in a PMC, developer, or consulting environment.
• Proficiency in project planning, cost control, contract administration, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to use project management software, scheduling tools (MSP/Primavera), and MIS/reporting systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
