What you'll do

• Work with the project manager or senior project manager to drive project outcomes.
• Own small projects and support larger projects.
• Manage project reporting, communication, and working procedures to streamline delivery.
• Create project-related reports, analyses, and reviews.
• Forecast project expenditure and help manage project budgets.
• Maintain client relationships by identifying needs, requirements, and constraints.

What you'll need

• At least three years of experience in design, construction, or project management.
• Degree in any property-related discipline.
• Expertise in drive toward effective use of project management technology platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify project risks and help implement mitigation measures.
• Experience managing consultants for design and documentation and handling contract administration for vendors.
