Project Engineer

Overview

Project Engineer for Project and Development Services in India, supporting project success by partnering with project leadership and managing small projects.

What you'll do

• Work closely with a project manager or senior project manager to drive project success.
• Own small projects and support major projects.
• Set up each project’s organizational structure and streamline reporting, communication, and procedures.
• Maintain client relationships by identifying needs, requirements, and constraints.
• Manage professional consultants for design and documentation.
• Carry out contract administration for vendors in accordance with legal requirements.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation measures, and create project reports/analyses/reviews.

What you'll need

• At least three years of experience in design, construction, or project management.
• A degree in any property-related discipline.
• Ability to promote open, constructive, and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients.
