SAP Project Coordinator

Overview

The SAP Project Coordinator supports the delivery of ESAB SAP initiatives by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and aligning stakeholders. The role provides execution support for SAP implementations and enhancements and helps keep projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

What you'll do

• Support compliance with relevant SOX regulations and ESAB change management and project management policies.
• Assist the Delivery team with scheduling meetings, organizing events, maintaining issue logs and risk registers, taking minutes, and reporting.
• Help create and maintain a project plan covering scope, schedule, budget, and required resources.
• Track progress, identify risks, and support mitigation planning to keep projects on track.
• Manage stakeholder communications by providing regular status updates and helping align expectations.
• Support project budget activities by tracking costs and reporting budget variances.
• Coordinate resources across project team members, vendors, and contractors and track resource allocation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SAP implementation.
• Strong command of SAP Activate and Clean Core principles.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
