Manager - Account Management

Overview

Manager – Account Management to handle day-to-day client relationships and drive end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns for digital platforms at dentsu in Bengaluru.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Manage end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with Creative, Strategy, Media, Content, and Production teams for timely delivery.
• Develop project timelines, manage campaign workflows, and ensure quality execution.
• Support campaign planning, client presentations, review meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities with internal teams.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and business objectives.
• Proactively resolve client queries and maintain stakeholder communication.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of agency experience in account management/client servicing or digital marketing.
• Strong experience handling digital marketing campaigns.
• Exposure to social media, content, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
• Basic understanding of mainline advertising.
• Excellent client, project, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
