Ops Sup Analyst 1 – C09

Overview

Entry-level Ops Sup Analyst 1 role focused on day-to-day operations support, including record maintenance, client reporting documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Maintain and manage records and documentation, including storage and retrieval.
• Perform business analysis and document current and future state for Client Reports and Advices.
• Provide regular status updates and create steering committee presentations.
• Work with Legal & Compliance teams to obtain sign-off for regulatory business requirements.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology, advising on priorities with options, risks, costs, and timelines.
• Create training sessions and test scripts, including User Acceptance Test scripts and business scenarios.
• Create and manage project plans and track follow-ups across departments.

What you'll need

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• General knowledge of client reporting across the industry and competitors.
• Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries.
• Proven organization and time management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
