Overview

Own product direction for Anthropic’s Human Data Platform tools that collect high-quality human data to improve AI models.

What you'll do

• Drive prioritization across labeling interfaces, infrastructure, data quality, and operational visibility.
• Partner with engineering to scope and ship product work in a fast prototyping environment.
• Identify where tooling investments will have the highest leverage by understanding research and training approaches.
• Turn one-off requests into reusable infrastructure that compounds over time.
• Observe crowd worker and vendor sessions to understand pain points.
• Define and track outcome-based KPIs for time-to-launch, data quality scores, and impact on model evaluation.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in product management, including launching new products and scaling existing ones.
• Experience working directly with research teams, ideally in AI/ML contexts.
• Ability to communicate with crowdworkers about workflow and with research teams about data quality methodology.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-stakes environments and defining product strategy.
• Able to quickly learn and understand complex technical systems at a high level.
• Interest in how humans interact with AI systems and designing experiences to elicit high-quality data.

Details

• Location-based hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
