Staff Product Manager, AI Ecosystem

Overview

Staff Product Manager for Temporal’s AI Ecosystem, owning the integrations and partnerships product portfolio.

What you'll do

• Own the integrations & partnerships product roadmap and decide what not to build.
• Track the AI tooling landscape through frequent customer conversations and translate insights into a roadmap.
• Help define the “Temporal for AI” ecosystem story, including positioning and reference architectures.
• Drive go-to-market launches for integrations and adoption with internal and partner GTM teams.
• Lead internal enablement by building demos, talk tracks, and reference materials for the field.
• Define and track KPIs for ecosystem success, focusing on adoption and momentum.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of product management experience (or equivalent track record).
• Deep AI fluency with hands-on familiarity with AI tooling (agent frameworks/SDKs, model providers, evaluation and observability tools).
• Ecosystem/platform/partnerships product experience owning integrations or partner-facing products.
• GTM partnership instincts working with Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and external partners.
• Technical literacy to discuss AI system design with Staff engineers.
• Narrative-grade writing to align an organization on strategy and investments.
