Applied AI Architect, Partnerships

Overview

Applied AI team pre-sales Partnerships Solutions Architect focused on building technical relationships with Global/Regional System Integrators (GSIs/RSIs) and cloud partners (AWS, GCP).

What you'll do

• Serve as a technical thought partner to the GTM partnerships team on partner landscape and technical programs.
• Embed with partner technical teams to enable AI practices, support troubleshooting, and act as an escalation point.
• Collaborate with partners to develop joint GenAI solutions and codify reference architectures/best practices.
• Unblock strategic customer deals by providing deep technical expertise when partners deliver primarily.
• Represent Anthropic at partner events and help lead partner developer events and technical enablement sessions.
• Gather product feedback related to partner use cases and deployment patterns and relay it to product teams.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing/partner-facing roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager).
• Track record partnering with GSIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges end-to-end.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite, engineering, and IT teams.
• Strong presentation and technical communication skills to translate requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks/tools or a background in machine learning or data science.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.

Details

• Work mode: location-based hybrid policy with expectation to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
• Visa: sponsorship is available for some roles/candidates, with reasonable effort and an immigration lawyer support.
