Applied AI Architect, Enterprise Tech

Overview

Applied AI Architect (Enterprise Tech) is a pre-sales technical advisor role focused on helping large enterprises understand and integrate Claude into their technology stacks.

What you'll do

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Advise enterprise customers through the Claude adoption journey from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
• Coordinate across internal teams and stakeholders to drive customer success.
• Support customers using the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Deliver technical content tailored to engineering and executive audiences.
• Guide integration and architecture decisions and help design evaluation frameworks for customer use cases.
• Identify common integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering teams.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager).
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite and engineering/IT teams.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Comfortable with Python.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.

Details

• Requires 3 days in office per week.
• Annual compensation range: $240,000–$315,000 USD.
• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
