AI Architect - GTM Systems

Overview

Lead the technical vision and architecture for AI-powered go-to-market systems, spanning low-code automation, custom AI agents, enterprise integrations, and governed production patterns.

What you'll do

• Define architecture strategies for low-code and agentic AI GTM systems.
• Create reference architectures, design patterns, and technology decision frameworks.
• Lead designs for complex integrations, agentic workflows, event processing, and data orchestration.
• Evaluate and adopt AI tools, frameworks, and platforms.
• Define integration patterns, APIs, event contracts, and data models.
• Partner with VP-level stakeholders to create architectural roadmaps.
• Conduct architecture reviews and publish technical guidance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade backend systems.
• At least 3 years of Technical Lead experience.
• Experience building and deploying AI agents used by real end users.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or equivalent.
• Experience designing RAG systems and strong Python and/or Node.js backend skills.
• AWS experience with services such as Bedrock, Lambda, SQS, SNS, or EventBridge.

Nice to have

• Experience building LLM evaluation and observability tooling.
• Familiarity with sales, deal desk, or finance workflows.
• Experience with FastMCP, LiteLLM, or MCP in production systems.
• Salesforce data-source experience.
• Experience mentoring engineers or contributing to hiring.

Details

• Remote within the United States, except San Francisco and New York.
• Full-time role.
• Annual base salary: $131,197.50–$176,400 USD.
