Project Engineer

Overview

Project Engineer responsible for end-to-end project planning and project controls, covering baseline development, monitoring, and close-out with alignment to scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and statutory requirements.

What you'll do

• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and project controls alignment across clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Develop the project baseline including scope breakdown, work sequencing, schedule preparation, cost planning, and resource loading.
• Integrate design, procurement, and construction activities into project schedules aligned to project objectives.
• Run regular Planning Review Meetings to track schedule performance, critical paths, variances, and approved changes.
• Evaluate schedule, work programs, resource plans, and cost estimates for feasibility, constructability, and compliance.
• Monitor progress using earned value metrics, dashboards, and MIS tools to identify delays, risks, and deviations and recommend corrective actions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in project management for large-scale, mixed-use Hospitality & Commercial projects in a PMC, developer, or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, contract administration, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools (MSP/Primavera), and MIS/reporting systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
