Specialist Client Services Project Manager (AI)

Overview

Specialist Client Services Project Manager (AI) responsible for overseeing multiple client services projects and initiatives to support strategic goals, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple projects, aligning scope, timelines, and customer expectations.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and required documentation.
• Facilitate clear communication with stakeholders, including leadership.
• Track action items, drive accountability, and manage escalations.
• Identify and mitigate risks and support launch readiness, deployment, and closeout.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities to support continuous improvement.
• Adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.

What you'll need

• 8–11 years of IT experience.
• 4 years of project management experience leading multiple concurrent projects in customer-facing environments.
• Ability to manage end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid/iterative approaches.
• Exposure to technical and AI/GenAI & software delivery projects; translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans, forecasting timelines, and managing risks/issues/escalations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing leadership skills.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Salesforce, Jira, Asana, and Smartsheet.

• Location: Pune, India.
• Work schedule: willing to work US shift (5 PM – 2 AM IST).
• Work mode: hybrid (2 days from office and 3 days remote each week).
