Overview

Historical Data Conversion Project Manager who connects Data Solutions Consultants with client business stakeholders, translating technical data migration work into clear client narratives and relaying client requirements internally.

What you'll do

• Partner with Data Solutions Consultants and manage administrative workflows.
• Translate technical progress, data challenges, and migration results into business narratives.
• Lead regular client status calls covering project health and expectations.
• Facilitate information flow so client requirements are scoped for the technical team.
• Oversee and prioritize simultaneous projects aligned with Data Solutions resources.
• Identify and drive improvements to the communication workflow between functions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management, finance, or consulting.
• Strong record of managing client relationships and communicating complex updates.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts to business outcomes.
• Conceptual understanding of financial products and securities modeling.
• Creative problem-solver with ownership and accountability in ambiguous environments.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a process-improvement mindset.
• Works effectively across teams and functions to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Location: Pune, India.
• Work schedule: work from Pune office 3 days a week in UK shift (2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST).
