Implementation Project Specialist

Overview

Implementation Project Specialist to help make global client onboarding and implementation across EOR and managed services simple and successful.

What you'll do

• Welcome and guide clients through Safeguard Global’s products, services, and implementation journey.
• Own implementation projects, including project plans, timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
• Coordinate onboarding activities across internal teams and external partners.
• Support EOR and managed services implementations across Payroll, HR/Benefits, Accounting, and Entity Management.
• Drive technology setup and deliver platform training to clients.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, escalate issues, and maintain go-live forecasting.

What you'll need

• Experience in onboarding, implementation, project coordination, or client success.
• Basic understanding of EOR, global employment, payroll, HR, or managed services.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional relationships.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused approach.
• Ability to follow established processes, identify risks, solve problems, and escalate appropriately.
