Overview

Associate, Global Client Services (US Hours) for a Night Shift team, connecting clients with expert resources based in Europe and the Americas.

What you'll do

• Own client-related projects end-to-end, including understanding client needs and scheduling expert calls.
• Cold call and engage US and European industry experts, handling objections to gain buy-in.
• Manage multiple projects and clients while working at speed during the night shift.
• Learn markets, business models, and regulations to deliver relevant insights.
• Cross-sell Third Bridge services including content library, surveys, advisory, and 1-1 calls.

What you'll need

• Business fluency in English (written and oral) at Level C1 or above.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong academic credentials or extensive client-facing experience.
• Demonstrated leadership or extracurricular experience.
• Grit shown through internships, work experience, or other achievements.
• Confidence to pick up the phone and start conversations.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and think on your feet.

Details

• Night shift hours: 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST.
• Hybrid role with up to 3 days in-office, including in-office training in the first few months.
• Location: Mumbai.
• Start dates: January, February, and March 2027.
