Overview

Associate, Client Service with a January 2027 start (other early-2027 start dates also available), focused on engaging industry experts to deliver client insights.

What you'll do

• Own client projects end-to-end, aligning to specific client needs and scheduling expert calls.
• Cold call and engage industry experts across sectors, addressing objections and winning buy-in.
• Work at pace by managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Learn and apply knowledge of markets, business models, and regulations.
• Cross-sell Third Bridge services, including its content library, surveys, advisory, and 1-1 calls.

What you'll need

• Business fluency in English (written and oral) at Level C1 and above.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong academic credentials or extensive client-facing experience.
• Demonstrated ambition and intellectual strength in line with the role expectations.
• Leadership or extracurricular experience.
• Evidence of grit through internships, work experience, or other achievements.
