Account Manager - Sales

Overview

Account Manager (Sales) to manage and grow customer accounts in the IT Distribution ecosystem by driving revenue and building long-term relationships.

What you'll do

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Build engagement with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Drive solution sales, including cross-selling, upselling, and new customer acquisition.
• Run the full sales cycle from opportunity generation to order closure.
• Conduct customer meetings and business reviews, and address customer concerns.
• Maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy using CRM systems and reporting.

What you'll need

• Strong account management and B2B sales skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Consultative selling and strategic relationship management approach.
• Customer-focused mindset with commercial acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and sales reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• MBA preferred.
