Account Executive - Nordics - Enterprise

Overview

Enterprise Account Executive for ElevenLabs in the Nordics, focused on enterprise growth and consultative AI voice and conversational AI sales.

What you'll do

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across the Nordics.
• Identify new business opportunities using ElevenLabs’ conversational AI capabilities, including ElevenAgents.
• Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and build business cases for senior executives.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand presence within key enterprise verticals.
• Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering for onboarding, deployment, and expansion.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by educating C-suite and senior operations leaders on genAI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology.
• Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Well-connected Nordic enterprise network with strong executive presence.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in the Nordics.
• Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment with fast iteration.
• Native or full professional proficiency in English.
