Enterprise Account Executive for Financial Services & Insurance in Tokyo, driving adoption of safe, frontier AI technology across Japan’s FSI organizations.

What you’ll do

• Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new major FSI accounts and expanding existing relationships.
• Build and execute territory plans to identify high-value opportunities across FSI segments.
• Lead consultative sales processes with senior executives to position AI for transformation, compliance, and customer experience.
• Orchestrate internal teams to deliver solutions meeting FSI regulatory, security, and data governance requirements.

What you’ll need

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in Japan with exposure to financial services and insurance accounts.
• Track record managing complex, long-cycle sales processes and securing strategic FSI deals.
• Understanding of sector-specific regulatory and compliance frameworks and ability to craft compliant solutions.
• Ability to navigate FSI stakeholder ecosystems across IT, risk, compliance, and business operations.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue targets by managing pipeline across budget cycles and fiscal timelines.
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
• Experience with or strong interest in advanced AI systems and safe, responsible development.
