Overview

Specialist Recruiter, Talent Acquisition responsible for end-to-end IT and Engineering recruiting.

What you'll do

• Determine hiring demand and manage the demand plan with global technology leadership.
• Execute a sourcing strategy and lead full-cycle recruitment for full-time and contract roles.
• Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to develop and run the IT recruitment process.
• Forecast hiring needs, submit and justify requisitions, and support interviewing and selection.
• Schedule and run interviews, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain candidate pipelines using applicant tracking system (ATS) platforms and track recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate direct sourcing via networking, referrals, and active calls to build candidate pipelines.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies (Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates.
• Experience using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
• Strong sourcing experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, DICE, and Indeed.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources.

Details

• Independent travel requirement: 20 to 25%.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
