Technical Recruiter

Overview

Technical Recruiter role focused on sourcing and hiring mid-level engineering talent across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, and AI domains.

What you'll do

• Drive proactive sourcing for a range of mid-level engineering roles.
• Build passive talent pipelines using market mapping, referrals, and social sourcing with AI-enabled tools.
• Source and hire emerging AI talent including AI Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Maintain disciplined candidate pipelines with reporting and funnel visibility.
• Assess candidates via structured interviews and assessment centres.
• Partner with engineering and HR stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and competencies.
• Provide candidate experience support by improving speed, clarity, and communication.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years of hands-on technical recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success hiring Software Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, and related roles.
• Exceptional sourcing expertise for software engineering, AI/ML, cloud, and data engineering.
• Hands-on experience hiring AI/ML talent is highly preferred.
• Experience using AI-powered recruiting platforms and GenAI tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
