Talent Acquisition Sourcer role focused on building talent pipelines for technical engineering positions.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles across multiple engineering domains.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence research to find target companies and profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, research, and professional networks.
• Engage passive candidates using personalized outreach and maintain long-term relationships.
• Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and recruiting metrics in support of hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and activity in ATS and sourcing tools.

What you'll need

• 4–8 years of experience in technical sourcing or technical recruiting.
• Demonstrated success sourcing for engineering and other technical roles.
• Strong understanding of technical talent markets, sourcing channels, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to assess candidate backgrounds against technical requirements and role priorities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• A data-driven mindset using market insights and pipeline data to shape sourcing strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for infrastructure, cloud, storage, distributed systems, security, AI/ML, hardware, firmware, or semiconductor roles.
• Experience supporting hiring in a fast-paced product or engineering organization.
• Experience conducting talent mapping and competitive intelligence projects.
