SRM Support Analyst

Overview

The Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Support Analyst supports supplier performance, risk management and resilience across global procurement. The role executes SRM processes, analyses supplier data and collaborates with procurement teams and business partners to drive supplier improvement and value creation.

What you'll do

• Maintain and refresh supplier segmentation data aligned to category strategies and business priorities.
• Prepare for and coordinate supplier performance reviews, including scorecards, KPIs and governance packs.
• Track and report supplier performance metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive supplier performance enhancement and value creation.
• Coordinate and facilitate supplier engagement routines, including preparing governance packs, agendas and performance review materials.
• Document outcomes accurately, track improvement actions to closure and follow up with stakeholders to maintain accountability and progress.
• Monitor compliance with procurement policies, governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Category teams to align activities with strategic objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance supplier collaboration and value creation.

What you'll need

• +3 years of experience in procurement, supplier management or supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with supplier performance monitoring and stakeholder management, including supplier evaluation and contract management.
• Experience working in aerospace or defence, or another complex manufacturing industry.
• Exposure to supplier segmentation frameworks and governance routines.
• Familiarity with risk assessment inputs and supporting issue resolution processes.
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua and Coupa.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others.
• Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives.
