PMO Analyst

Overview

As a PMO Analyst, you’ll be part of the Engineering Program Management team supporting fastener-related customer, packaging, order-tracking and productivity or cost-reduction activities.

What you'll do

• Work on customer portal management and packaging documentation.
• Track and support customer pre-production orders.
• Lead a productivity or cost-reduction project or projects, approximately 50% of the time.
• Support program managers as needed.
• Lead at least one weekly meeting with a cross-functional team.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly.

What you'll need

• 3-7 years of experience in program management, especially from an automotive background.
• An engineering background.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly.
• Strong data organizational skills using Excel or Smartsheet.
• Self-starter who requires little direction once they learn the processes.

Nice to have

• Fastener experience is ideal but not necessary.

• Hybrid role in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
• Working hours are approximately 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM EST.
