Enterprise Supply Chain Project Coordinator

Overview

Coordinate enterprise supply chain projects by preparing leadership materials, tracking deliverables, supporting procurement activities, and coordinating contingent worker onboarding.

What you'll do

• Prepare executive-ready meeting and presentation materials for leadership reviews.
• Organize project content, lessons learned, action items, and recommended next steps.
• Manage recognition activities for team and project contributions.
• Track deliverables in tools such as MS Planner and prepare executive updates.
• Coordinate purchase order activities from launch through receipt.
• Coordinate contingent worker onboarding and system access readiness.
• Use AI, transcription, and data analysis tools to summarize meetings and identify action items.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning logistics, engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to analyze data and Excel files.
• Ability to prepare reports and identify trends.
• Ability to provide actionable insights for project tracking and decision-making.
• Advanced project management and Agile delivery certifications are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies in project delivery.
• Experience leading end-to-end projects across Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Experience managing project risks.
• Strong problem-solving skills for process analysis and improvement.
• Effective communication with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
