Overview
Lead business analytics initiatives that turn complex business problems into actionable insights through data analysis, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to build scalable analytics products and support data-driven decisions.
What you'll do
- Partner with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and success measures.
- Translate business challenges into analytical solutions and recommendations.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Apply AI and generative AI to analytics workflows, reporting, and decision-making.
- Build and maintain self-service dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau.
- Present findings and business impact stories to senior leadership.
- Mentor analysts and drive delivery of analytics solutions.
What you'll need
- 10–13 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or analytics consulting.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative or related discipline.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with Tableau.
- Experience managing complex analytics projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale reporting, dashboarding, and insight-generation solutions.
- Skills in data visualization and storytelling.
Nice to have
- Healthcare, health services, insurance, or PBM domain experience.
- Hands-on AI or generative AI experience for insight generation and reporting.
- Predictive analytics and machine learning experience.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Experience with Python, Power BI, data modeling, or analytics automation.
