Custody Product Development Specialist, Officer

Overview

Custody Product Development Specialist, Officer role supporting the Asset Servicing / Core Custody product roadmap across Transaction, Payments, and Settlements. You will analyze product changes, support governance and delivery, and contribute market intelligence to evolve custody capabilities.

What you'll do

• Contribute analysis, execution input, and dependency management in a project supporting the Asset Servicing / Core Custody product roadmap.
• Assist with analysis of product change, including commercially viable, client-focused business cases.
• Support prioritization of product, operational, and regulatory change with Product Management, Technology, and Global Delivery.
• Lead delivery activities aligned with regulation and internal policies, escalating issues and risks as appropriate.
• Gather industry intelligence and participate in forums and working groups to inform product/capability evolution.
• Support governance activities including tracking/oversight of issues, risks, audit, and compliance items for assigned initiatives.
• Prepare materials and present updates to senior management as required.

What you'll need

• Subject matter knowledge across custody capabilities such as Transactions, Payments and Settlements.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Prior experience delivering change in a complex environment, using Agile and Waterfall techniques.
• Integration and understanding of impact on Data Management.
• Track record translating requirements into feature/function capability for State Street Custody platform.
• Stakeholder management skills across the solution delivery cycle.
• Agile development is noted as a plus.
