Overview

Assistant Vice Precident / Product Manager for DBS’s Commercial Cards in India, responsible for end-to-end product strategy, development, and lifecycle management aligned to business goals and RBI directives.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a Commercial Cards product strategy and roadmap for India.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept and business case to launch and post-launch monitoring.
• Define product requirements and features such as spend management, online access, and treasury integrations.
• Monitor market and competitor offerings and use customer feedback to maintain competitiveness and customer experience.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability via pricing strategies, usage initiatives, and targeted campaigns within RBI restrictions.
• Ensure risk and compliance adherence, including activation and usage mandates set by RBI and internal policies.

What you'll need

• Rich product management experience in Indian financial services, specifically Commercial Cards or Corporate Payments for an Indian private bank.
• Track record of successfully launching and managing financial products across their lifecycle in India.
• Ability to drive business growth and profitability for a product portfolio in a competitive, regulated environment.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing stakeholders, including payment networks like Visa, Mastercard, and RuPay.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial cards and Indian payment systems (RuPay, UPI) and associated best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools/methodologies to interpret market trends and product performance.
