Product Manager - Ruminant

Overview

Provide marketing support to an assigned business unit to achieve revenue and profitability objectives for the Ruminant portfolio.

What you'll do

• Develop marketing plan and strategy and deliver brand objectives by driving development, execution and performance tracking against commercial strategies across HCP customer segments.
• Ensure execution of promotional strategies and promotion activities, including controlling the marketing budget aligned with the marketing plan.
• Create promotional inputs, release advertisements, and organize participation in trade exhibitions and congresses.
• Streamline product forecasts received from the field and manage inventory.
• Manage the Product Life Cycle (PLC).
• Develop and engage KOLs and advocacy to sustain strong networking and partnerships.
• Ensure all marketing and business programs and practices comply with company rules and regulations.
• Propose budget for the assigned platform or portfolio, and propose and manage price changes.
• Monitor livestock and identification business.
• Align with global, regional and country strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and the global team.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or master's degree in pharmacy or veterinary sciences.
• At least 3-5 years' experience in marketing.
• Good English communication, both oral and written.
• Computer skills (MS Office programs).
