Product Manager - Time & Attendance and Scheduling

Overview

Product Manager for Time & Attendance and Scheduling, responsible for driving product strategy and development of time & attendance solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for time & attendance solutions.
• Conduct market research and analysis in the time & attendance and scheduling domain.
• Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and prioritize features.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Work with QA teams to define test plans and ensure quality.

What you'll need

• Flexible working hours with a preferred UK shift (IST 11AM to 8PM).
• 5 to 6 years of proven experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of Workday Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules.
• Lead Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Mandatory JIRA & Workday experience.
• Minimum two Workday (WD) implementations of T&A and Scheduling modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate customer needs into requirements.
