Technical Product Manager

Overview

Own the delivery and lifecycle management of the WAVE PTX software portfolio, acting as the bridge between Product Strategy leaders and Engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Partner with Vertical Product Strategy leaders to translate product requirements into detailed, actionable development plans, Epics, and sprint backlogs for engineering.
• Own the software release cadence for WAVE PTX and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, QA, and operations to ensure timely, defect-free software drops that meet SaaS commitments.
• Act as the primary operational product owner for the live WAVE PTX platform, managing sustaining engineering priorities, technical debt resolution, and critical customer escalations.
• Spearhead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for all WAVE PTX releases, ensuring marketing, sales enablement, support, and billing systems are prepared before a feature goes live.
• Serve as the daily unblocker for engineering teams by identifying dependencies, capacity constraints, and technical risks and clearing obstacles.
• Monitor post-launch product performance, tracking software adoption rates, system stability metrics, and operational costs, and feed this data back to strategy teams.

What you'll need

• 5–8+ years of Technical Product Management, Delivery Management, or Product Operations experience, specifically within a high-velocity, subscription-based software (SaaS) environment.
• Deep mastery of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Aha!, or similar product delivery and ticketing systems.
• Strong ability to communicate deeply technical concepts between engineering architects and commercial business leaders.
• A relentless focus on process, predictability, and quality control, with the ability to hold cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines.
• Exceptional ability to influence, acting as the trusted operational partner to both Product Visionaries and Engineering Directors.
