Job description

Overview

A full-stack Product Manager role with a primary focus on GDS connectivity within SiteMinder's distribution portfolio, leading the product lifecycle from discovery through post-launch evaluation.

What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and customer validation through requirements definition, delivery, launch, and evaluation.
  • Shape and execute the product roadmap in alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities.
  • Conduct customer-centred research and business analysis with hoteliers, connectivity partners, and internal subject matter experts.
  • Identify, define, prioritise, and validate product opportunities, features, and enhancements.
  • Partner with the Design and Engineering teams to assess feasibility, shape solutions, and support effective delivery.
  • Prioritise and maintain the product backlog, ensuring the team remains focused on the highest-value work.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan releases, manage dependencies, and communicate progress and milestones.
  • Support go-to-market planning, product positioning, internal enablement, and customer and partner communications.
  • Define and monitor success metrics, including adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue impact, delivery performance, product-market fit, and operational quality.
  • Stay informed on market, customer, competitor, and technology developments, including the effective use of AI tools and AI-augmented workflows.

What you'll need

  • 5+ years' product management experience in B2B SaaS, travel, hospitality technology, or a related domain.
  • Experience working with API-based products, system integrations, and cross-functional delivery teams in Agile or Kanban environments.
  • A proven track record of delivering products or features that achieve customer adoption, commercial outcomes, and measurable business value.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and technical business analysis skills, with confidence using customer insights and data to inform decisions.
  • Creative and adaptable problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box, develop practical solutions to complex challenges, and demonstrably leverage AI tools and capabilities to accelerate outcomes.
  • A solid understanding of product management practices and the end-to-end product lifecycle, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and make pragmatic trade-offs across customer, commercial, technical, and operational considerations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional workshops and build collaborative relationships across geographically distributed teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally to meet customers, connectivity partners, and internal stakeholders, including at our head office in Sydney, Australia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hotel distribution, channel management, revenue management, connectivity, GDS integrations, or another travel-related domain.

Details

  • Location: Pune.
  • Work mode: Hybrid, 3 days in-office.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, including to the head office in Sydney, Australia.
