Overview
Product Manager for Interoperability responsible for defining how project44 connects to customers’ and partners’ supply chain systems, including workflows, data flows, and success metrics for integrations.
What you'll do
- Define and document system-to-system workflows, including source/integration inputs and destination/outputs and business rules.
- Own business process design for interoperability with as-is/to-be workflow mapping for order-to-cash, transportation planning/execution, and supply/demand planning lifecycles.
- Write business design documents, PRDs, and specs to communicate system integrations and required data types.
- Set success metrics and acceptance criteria for each workflow pattern before build, and own whether metrics are met post-launch.
- Act as the source of truth for interoperability workflow definitions and resolve ambiguity before engineering execution.
- Run structured discovery with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to capture gaps and design target-state workflows.
- Partner with Data/Platform Engineering to validate compatibility with cloud data warehouse ingestion and transformation patterns.
What you'll need
- 5–8 years in business process design, business/systems analysis, or product management with a focus on system-to-system integrations.
- Experience mapping and documenting business process workflows across multiple systems using process mapping/workflow diagrams/BPMN or equivalent.
- Fluency in API and MCP concepts and data transformation patterns to define workflows and partner with engineering.
- Working familiarity with cloud data warehouse platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, or similar) and data movement through ingestion, transformation, and egress.
- Track record defining success metrics and acceptance criteria for complex cross-system initiatives.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills to run structured discovery and drive decisions.
