Product Manager

Overview

Product Manager for an AI-powered analytics platform, described as a hands-on, build-first, AI-native product development role.

What you'll do

• Spend time with prospects and users to understand workflows and business context.
• Translate customer pain points into actionable problem statements for the development team.
• Evaluate product performance by interpreting complex analytics and informing decisions.
• Track qualitative and quantitative feedback via support channels, sales calls, and customer-facing teams.
• Guide development approach selection (PM-first, Design-first, or Dev-first) based on technical understanding.
• Unblock engineers and follow through on commitments to drive features to launch.
• Facilitate discussions and articulate product vision to align the organization.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Experience specifically within B2B SaaS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related AI-native platforms.
• Comfort discussing APIs, data pipelines, model performance, and architectural trade-offs.
• Ability to interpret user analytics and business metrics to guide product strategy.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
