Lead Product Manager

Overview

Lead Product Manager role focused on accounting/financial products used by dealership CFOs, controllers, and accounting teams.

What you'll do

• Define product strategy and maintain a prioritized roadmap.
• Engage end-users to understand objectives, workflows, and pain points.
• Lead end-to-end product execution from ideation and design through launch and continuous improvement.
• Drive innovation and automation in dealerships’ financial management processes via research.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, adjacent product, and GTM teams to deliver capabilities.
• Document product requirements and expected outcomes for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 8+ years relevant work experience, including at least 3 years as a product manager working with engineering and design teams.
• Track record of conceptualizing and launching scalable, user-facing B2B SaaS products.
• Experience with ERP applications for financial management (general ledger, payables, receivables, financial reporting, controls).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Demonstrated leadership mindset for inspiring teams and solving complex problems.
• Ability to work independently with a bias for action.
