Staff Product Manager

Overview

Tekion is hiring a Staff Product Manager for the Tekion Parts Product team. You will lead strategic product initiatives across the Parts value chain, with a focus on AI-powered workflows, intelligent automation, and ecosystem connectivity.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for strategic Parts capabilities across AI-powered workflows, OEM integrations, and APC/API extensibility.
• Define and evolve the Parts AI and integrations product strategy and roadmap aligned to dealer needs and platform goals.
• Partner with ML/AI, Data, and Design to identify, prioritize, and productize AI use cases for Parts workflows.
• Drive integration strategy and execution across OEM systems, third-party partners, and APC Studio/REST APIs.
• Set success metrics and KPIs for adoption, time savings, workflow efficiency, integration reliability, and customer impact.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Partner Engineering, and GTM/Customer Success teams.
• Translate product capabilities into measurable dealer value and support go-lives and post-launch iteration.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of Product Management experience owning B2B SaaS products, enterprise workflows, integrations, and APIs.
• 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML product management experience.
• Strong system design and product architecture skills for scalable, extensible technical solutions.
• Strong automotive domain experience with familiarity in OEM integrations, dealership systems, fixed ops workflows, or parts operations.
• Experience owning complex product areas requiring deep cross-functional collaboration and technical fluency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
