Overview

Manager, Product Management for Tekion’s CRM Product Team. Own and evolve core CRM capabilities that support lead management, customer engagement, and sales execution for automotive dealerships.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for core Tekion CRM capabilities from discovery through iteration.
• Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap aligned to company goals, customer needs, and platform vision.
• Drive CRM adoption, penetration, usage, conversion, and customer outcomes.
• Partner with GTM and Customer Success so features translate into dealer value.
• Act as the voice of the customer and synthesize feedback, usage data, and market insights.
• Define KPIs and success metrics, using data to prioritize and guide post-launch iteration.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage Product Managers.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of Product Management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products.
• 2+ years of experience managing Product Managers.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Engineering) from a top-tier institution.
• Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams.
• Proven track record driving product adoption and measurable business impact.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams.
• End-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle, including post-launch iteration.

Nice to have

• AI/ML product management experience.
• Experience in the automotive retail industry or with dealer/OEM data.
