Principal Product Manager

Overview

Principal Product Manager responsible for defining and leading the multi-year product vision, strategy, and execution for a key global marketplace domain.

What you'll do

• Champion adoption of AI across the SDLC to accelerate product development and improve software quality.
• Define and own the multi-year product roadmap and align execution to business objectives and growth plans.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback loops to inform product decisions.
• Lead executive-level communication and alignment with C-level and cross-functional partners.
• Drive execution of complex initiatives across multiple teams and manage the product lifecycle post-launch iteration.
• Define and monitor KPIs and use machine learning/analytics to identify AI-driven business opportunities.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of progressive product management experience, including strategic or principal/director-level scope.
• Experience launching and scaling complex B2B enterprise software, marketplace, or high-scale operational products.
• AI-native hands-on fluency in AI tools and using them to ship validated product changes.
• Exceptional strategic, analytical, and quantitative skills to interpret data and build business cases.
• Strong leadership and executive communication to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA/advanced degree plus).
