Staff Product Manager

Overview

Staff/Principal product leadership role defining and leading a multi-year product vision, strategy, and execution for a key global marketplace platform domain (e.g., Buyer/Partner Experience, Pricing, Quality, Sourcing).

What you'll do

• Champion AI adoption across the SDLC to accelerate product development and improve software quality.
• Own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the assigned domain and ensure alignment to business objectives.
• Translate business goals into actionable product plans balancing near-term wins and long-term initiatives.
• Run market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback loops to inform product decisions.
• Lead cross-functional execution for complex product initiatives across multiple teams and manage the lifecycle from ideation to post-launch iteration.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure impact and continuously refine the product experience.
• Serve as a founding Product Manager for Xometry’s India PDT team to establish product practices and scale collaboration.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including significant time in a strategic or principal/director-level role.
• Proven experience defining, launching, and scaling complex B2B enterprise software, marketplace, or high-scale operational products.
• Hands-on fluency in AI tools and a track record of using them to shorten the path from idea to shipped product.
• Exceptional strategic, analytical, and quantitative skills to interpret data and develop business cases.
• Superior leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders including executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA/advanced degree is a plus).
