Product Manager, Glean Protect (Security & Governance)

Overview

Glean is seeking a Product Manager to lead Glean Protect (Security and Governance), developing explainable and transparent AI systems, prevention of AI risks, and observability, security and privacy features around AI agents and underlying data for customers.

What you'll do

• Spend significant time with customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs
• Develop key parts of the product roadmap, marrying customer needs with the product vision
• Empower the team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment
• Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
• Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders
• Build processes that will scale as the team and company go through rapid growth

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies
• Experience primarily serving large enterprises with responsibilities spanning security, governance, trust, identity, and data integrations
• Strong technical background
• Experience with both UX and API driven products, integration paths, and third-party product partnerships
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners

• Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week in the Bangalore office
