Product Manager II

Overview

Independently own a product area or platform charter end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to execution and business impact, with significant autonomy across customer experience, platform scalability, automation, growth, and monetization.

What you'll do

• Build customer empathy by regularly engaging with customers, internal stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs through qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Define the long-term product vision and quarterly roadmap aligned with business goals, customer outcomes, and platform scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and operations teams to build reliable, scalable, and high-impact products.
• Write high-quality product specifications, prioritize effectively, manage tradeoffs, and ensure timely execution across releases.
• Define success metrics, monitor business impact, and drive iterative improvements through experimentation and data analysis.
• Partner with banks, regulators, vendors, and ecosystem players to co-build industry-defining solutions.

What you'll need

• 4–7 years of product management experience
• Strong product execution and prioritization skills
• Experience owning business metrics and customer outcomes
