Overview
Support Lubricants Americas in delivering growth ambitions by benchmarking plant production and supply chain process performance, identifying value creation opportunities, and driving the Lubricants Americas business toward best in class.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the global process quality community, global planning excellence community, and lubricant blending and packaging production site leadership to understand gaps in becoming a top-quartile supply chain.
- Collect and analyze internal and external qualitative and quantitative information and data to assess production effectiveness within North America and supply chain process effectiveness, including planning systems.
- Benchmark Lubricants Americas E2E performance and develop actionable insights.
- Lead and develop a consistent pipeline of value creation projects incorporating the results of the benchmarking study.
- Utilize project management tools and techniques while driving accountability in project delivery.
- Develop and execute key value creation opportunities identified in the benchmarking exercise.
- Inspire people to make changes that have a direct impact on commercial success.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 – 10 years of experience in supply chain optimization or strategy consulting.
- A curious learner who is collaborative, analytical, and has a track record of idea generation and execution.
- Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data internally and externally to provide benchmarking analysis on production performance and process system effectiveness.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and operations, such as consumer goods, bottling, or automobile.
- Knowledge of demand and supply planning systems and processes.
- Comfort with data analysis using internal and external data.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build a shared vision, and ability to influence other people at all levels within the organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify and respond quickly to changing priorities and multi-task.

- Based out of Bangalore, India.
- Supports the lubricants business in North America.
- Working hours will be partial US hours (Houston) with some flexibility.
