Assurance Associate 2- PE Funds

Overview

Assurance Associate (PE Funds) to perform audit and assurance work for clients across industries, using the firm’s audit approach and methodology.

What you’ll do

• Develop and demonstrate understanding of the RSM US audit approach, methodology, and tools.
• Perform audit procedures and tests according to the overall audit plan and RSM audit methodology.
• Identify accounting and auditing issues and discuss them with the audit in-charge.
• Assist the engagement team in preparing audit reports and management letters.
• Ensure engagement documentation is compliant with the firm quality standards.
• Coordinate development and execution of the audit work plan and client deliverables.
• Communicate daily with audit professionals, supervisors, and U.S. senior management.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s in Commerce.
• CA qualified or ACCA/CPA qualified, with 0–1 years relevant experience (for CA qualified/ACCA/CPA track).
• For Non-qualified candidates: 1 year of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
• Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Understanding of GAAP and GAAS issues.
