Overview

Act as an Assurance Audit Associate supporting audit engagements for clients across industries.

What you'll do

• Develop and demonstrate understanding of the RSM US audit approach, methodology, and tools.
• Perform audit procedures and tests per the RSM audit methodology and overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation.
• Identify accounting and auditing issues and discuss them with the audit in-charge to resolve issues.
• Assist the engagement team in preparing audit reports and management letters.
• Apply professional skepticism, judgment, and adhere to the code of ethics during engagements.
• Coordinate and help deliver audit work plan and client deliverables.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Commerce.
• For Non-qualified: 1 year of relevant experience.
• For CA qualified: 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
• Strong data analytical skills and proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English for frequent client communications.
