Associate Trademark Search Analyst

Overview

Associate Trademark Search Analyst role in Clarivate’s Global Trademark team in Noida, supporting client trademark search and analysis activities.

What you'll do

• Undertake applicable training to learn job-relevant systems and information.
• Assist in selecting pertinent references for inclusion in trademark research reports.
• Deliver target-based productivity and accuracy daily.
• Complete assigned trademark search tasks within expected delivery times.
• Support clients by searching relevant databases for market, competitor activity, and legal opinion inputs.
• Use defined search methodology within prescribed timelines and meet service level agreements.
• Provide trademark research and analysis to aid client decisions on trademark availability.

What you'll need

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Preferably 0-2 years of operations experience.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpretation and comprehension skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to self-start, multitask, and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a team.

• Location: Noida.
• Hours: 40 working hours/week with flexible time between 08:00AM–08:00PM (IST).
• Days: Monday–Friday.
• Employment: permanent role.
